The Achiever’s Journey – A Real Self-Help Book
By Genevieve Dawid
How can I improve my daily habits to create more of what I desire in life? Is it possible to attract exactly what I want? How can I overcome obstacles and personal challenges?

Internationally acclaimed, highly successful consultant and mentor Genevieve Dawid answers these questions and more in ‘The Achiever’s Journey’. (139 p, £9.95 or $17.37 US, $19.95 Cdn.)

The book offers a new slant on personal achievement and self-improvement. It is a highly informative self-mentoring guide which includes: creating a map for the ‘journey’, charting a new course, setting goals, tracking results, looking at life in evolving layers,  overcoming obstacles, working with personal achievements, changing jobs, dealing with life crises, and much, much more.

This unique self-help guide provides readers with tried-and-tested ways of learning long-term disciplines and habits to enable them to achieve what they desire – in all areas of life. It also includes a partial biography of Genevieve Dawid’s extraordinary life experiences: the many obstacles and traumas she faced - both as a dyslexic and being born with her feet the wrong way round -and the methods she learned to successfully overcome them.

Genevieve’s own success in life came as a result of her own challenges and experiences.  As a child her adoptive parents created effective ways for her to overcome her learning difficulties as she grew up. Through perseverance, by her late teens, Genevieve caught up academically with her peer group. Then she developed her parents’ successful methods to create her own unique process: to get to know herself better, discover where she wanted to go in life, and devise a blueprint to get there. Throughout school she shared this with classmates. As it proved so popular and effective, after graduation, she further developed this service and began to work with the corporate sector.

She is now a highly successful consultant and mentor, and gives customised seminars and talks, for individuals and corporations, around the world.

In 2004 Genevieve and her business partner were recognised as having one of the top 50 most influential and successful businesses in the UK. (A joint top 50, but very sought after.)  She is a full members of the Institute of Directors.  As a successful mentor she is known internationally, with only 4 others across Europe in her field.

Although dyslexic, Genevieve communicates well, is extrovert, and highly perceptive. She writes from the heart and shares some of her own personal challenges, disappointments and triumphs as she guides the reader through various scenarios and the steps she devised for personal, dynamic change.
